THE FIRST GENERATION OF LEAN MANAGERS HAS COMPLETED LEAN ACADEMY
After four months of lectures, visits to manufacturing companies, a mini-pilot project and successfully passing the exam, the participants of the first Lean Academy officially completed their education for Lean Managers.
To celebrate the completion of the program in a remarkable way and share the well-deserved certificates, we went to Istria and visited the Roxanich winery and its production facilities and Motovun.
Culmena’s Lean Academy is the only educational program of this type, where in addition to professional lecturers, students can expect a combination of theory and practice with a focus on examples, field classes in manufacturing companies and a final trip with a certificate.
