DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKSHOP

The transformation of a factory into a Smart Factory is a complex project that should be approached with great care at every step. At this workshop, the participants, with professional guidance, will set the concept of the Smart Factory, the vision of the entire Project and the direction for further stages in the process.

It is important to say that experts with extensive experience in production, digital transformation, process optimisation and Industry 4.0 are participating in the transformation project. Culmena’s experts with experience in all the mentioned areas will lead the workshop, with the help of the 100 Smart Factory Project Partners who will demonstrate Smart Factory solutions.

The workshop, like the rest of the Smart Factory transformation project, is based on the CULIS methodology (Lean, Digital and Green transformation).
